We offer complimentary Click & Collect for online orders. Click & Collect orders are generally ready for collection within 24 hours. Please select the Click & Collect option at checkout and you will receive email notification when your order is ready for collection from our Armadale store.

We are unable to ship products classified as Dangerous Goods to New Zealand at this time. This includes alcohol-based hand sanitiser, nail varnish, perfume and aerosols. These will be removed from your order and a refund provided to the original payment method.

International

Standard Shipping $40.00

We are unable to ship products classified as Dangerous Goods internationally. This includes alcohol-based hand sanitiser, nail varnish, perfume and aerosols. These will be removed from your order and a refund provided to the original payment method.

Any additional taxes, duties or customs clearance costs at the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. In accordance with Australian regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items and are prohibited by law from identifying an order as a “gift” for export purposes. We advise you to consult with the customs office or governing body of the destination country to ensure the products are acceptable for import. Andersen Beauty accept no responsibility for compensation of goods that may be rejected or seized. Please refer to Australia Post for general information.

Pre-Orders

Orders containing items on pre-order will be held and sent when all items are in-stock. If you require immediate shipping for the items that are in-stock, please complete a separate order for items on pre-order.

Delivery Estimates

Every effort is made to dispatch orders within 1-2 business days. If you require priority shipment, please contact us and we will do everything we can to assist you.

Please refer to Australia Post for current shipping time estimates. If the delivery address is unattended, Australia Post may leave your parcel if there is a safe place to do so. Please confirm your delivery preferences directly with Australia Post. We are unable to refund lost orders that are stolen or go missing once delivered.

Dangerous Goods

Items classified as Dangerous Goods include alcohol-based hand sanitiser, nail varnish, perfume and aerosols.

Orders containing Dangerous Goods are not eligible for Express Post and will be sent Standard Post within mainland Australia.

We are unable to ship products classified as Dangerous Goods internationally at this time. These will be removed from your order and a refund provided to the original payment method.

ONLINE PURCHASES

Change of mind
Items may be returned for a Credit Note within 14 days with proof of purchase. Given the nature of our products, items must be unopened, unused and in original saleable condition. Online order returns are eligible for a Credit Note valid for use at andersenbeauty.com only. We are unable to refund or credit any shipping costs related to your purchase or return. Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return.

Return Instructions

Items purchased online may be returned by mail after initiating a return request via email.

1. Email orders@andersenbeauty.com to initiate a return request. Please include your order date, order number, items returning and reason for return.

2. Pack your items. Please include your order number and email address within the parcel. Please ensure your items are carefully packaged. Any goods damaged in transit will not be eligible for return.

3. Send your items to the returns mailing address provided to you via email.

4. Upon receiving and acceptance of your returned goods an online Credit Note will be issued by email within 7 days of us receiving your returned goods.

If you would prefer to return your online purchase to our Melbourne store in person, please follow the above instructions prior to returning your goods. Note: the return will not be processed immediately at the time of return in-store and an online Credit Note will be issued by email within 7 days of us receiving your returned goods.

Faulty or damaged goods
In the unlikely event of faulty or damaged items, please contact us within 48h of receiving your order at orders@andersenbeauty.com including photographs where possible and we will be happy to assist you.

IN-STORE PURCHASES

PROMOTIONAL GIFTS

Upon the return of an order that qualified for a promotional gift/sample, both the product and promotional gift must be returned when the order no longer meets the promotion eligibility terms.

GIFT CARDS

Digital and physical Gift Cards are non-refundable and not eligible for return. Gift Cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase and may not be redeemed for cash. Gift Card cannot be used to purchase an additional Gift Card.

CUSTOMER CARE

Andersen Beauty take no responsibility for individual reactions or irritations a product may cause. We encourage you to thoroughly read the information and ingredients list on the product to ensure the ingredients are safe for you to use. Please contact us if you require further information on any product prior to purchase and we would be glad to assist you.

Ingredients

Occasionally, our brands refresh their products and the ingredients they use may change slightly. We aim to update our digital platforms with any changes as soon possible, but we advise you to check the product packaging for the most up-to-date ingredient list. If you would like to confirm an ingredient prior to purchase, please contact us.

Order Fulfilment 

We endeavour to ensure that all products listed on our website are in stock and pricing is true and correct. In the event that an ordered item is unavailable or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an alternative item or to provide a full refund.

If for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order we will notify you within 2 business days. If you choose to receive a refund for unavailable items we are unable to honour Free Shipping if your order then falls below the Free Shipping eligibility.
