Is the Barrier Repair Oil only for use with Gua Sha?
You can use the Empress Balm Of Gilead Barrier Repair Oil as your daily facial oil for morning or night. For best results, prep the skin with Empress Sweet Fern Hydrasooth Face Mist.
Why don’t Wildling use essential oils?
Essential oils use an enormous amount of plant material and water to create a very small amount of oil, making them not very eco friendly. Essential oils are incredibly potent and can cause skin irritation. Whenever possible, we use whole live plants to extract its actives (like vitamin c). With this extraction method, the products are highly potent without creating skin sensitivity.
Do I remove the oil from my skin after doing Gua Sha?
Leave this oil on the skin to maximize the benefits, the active botanicals will nourish the skin barrier, plump, and tone the skin.

Mist onto clean face and neck. Preps skin for Gua Sha by stimulating detoxification, promoting lymphatic drainage, and hydrating the skin. Use daily.
01. NOURISH with Empress Barrier Repair Oil
Massage generously onto the face and entire neck. Maximises Gua Sha by boosting circulation, plumping, and toning the skin. Use daily.
03. SCULP with Wildling Empress Stone
Beginning with the neck, perform Gua Sha Ritual. Energises blood circulation, and clears lymphatic fluid, leaving skin lifted, toned and glowing. Use daily.

How often should I use the Empress collection?
For best results, 2-5 times per week. You can use the Empress Collection daily but we do not recommend more than once per day.
How do I clean my Wildling tools?
Clean your tools with warm water and a skin-friendly cleanser or soap. Place a soft washcloth in the sink to avoid chips to your stones. We recommend storing it in the Stone Pouch as they are relatively fragile.
How much pressure should I use when doing Gua Sha?
The strokes should be gentle on the face, especially around the eyes. Think of how gently you would frost a cake — yes, that gentle! In fact, when moving lymph, it’s important to use light pressure.
