To Use Eye Oil
On clean skin, gently roll F Miller Eye Oil under eyes, following around the orbital bone. Lightly pat, working from the outside inward, avoiding lash lines. Use morning and night, or as often as needed for instant rejuvenation. Apply to any areas in need of extra hydration.
